Your New Role

As a Sales & Service Consultant, you will be the vital link between the company and its members. You will balance high-quality customer service with a results-driven approach, ensuring every interaction adds value to the customer's journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Deliver a customer-centric experience through a blend of inbound and outbound calls, ensuring stakeholders feel supported and heard.

  • Application Management: Guide customers through the application process over the phone, focusing on accuracy and conversion.

  • End-to-End Servicing: Process new business onboarding and existing member requests with strict adherence to compliance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve service delivery, streamline business efficiencies, and drive growth.

Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for a resilient professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a genuine desire to help others.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience within a call centre environment (Finance or Insurance sector preferred).

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.

  • Technical Knowledge: RG146 Qualification (Insurance and/or Superannuation) is highly advantageous, though not mandatory.

  • Attributes: High attention to detail, superior time management skills, and a "customer-first" mindset.
